The 2016 CSTA Annual Conference is not involved in any details of housing for attendees. The Conference has, however, arranged for a block of rooms at reduced rates for CSTA 2016 attendees. Housing fills up quickly and is handled on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to reserve your room(s) at the CSTA 2016 housing rate in a timely manner.

Special Note: For your own protection, we ask that you exercise caution when making your hotel and travel arrangements. CSTA only guarantees hotel room rates or availability during the event dates for reservations made through our web portal, or over the phone with the venue. If you receive any suspicious emails or calls from someone you should report them immediately to

For the past two years, CSTA has partnered with Hotels for Hope (H4H) when selecting our conference venue locations. We believe in the H4H mission, and their strive to make this world a better place. Please see a brief description of their work below:

Hotels for Hope believes in doing good business. We are a hotel brokerage company. We help our clients identify the right hotel(s) that fit their needs (writing RFPs, submitting them to hotels, and providing all rates and terms to our clients to make an educated decision), negotiate on their behalf, and can also provide hotel management services through our innovative technology solutions while maintaining open and reciprocal relationships with our hotel partners. Our brokerage services are at no cost to our clients. But our value is more than our commitment to service - it's the immeasurable feeling you and your attendees/customers/guests get when given the chance to contribute to the life of someone small and to something bigger, simply by booking a room. At no cost to our clients, $2 from every hotel night stay is donated to charities that seek to improve the lives of children worldwide. We believe in honesty, in fairness and in changing lives – one room at a time. It is a win-win for our clients, the hotels, and children all over the world. At the end of 2015, Hotels for Hope will have donated over $515,000. For 2016, CSTA has chosen Dream Catalyst — The Game Changer Movement Robot Project for the donated $2 per room night. The Game Changer Movement's purpose is to replace violent video games with games and experiences that impact the real world from the Gaming Space! They will provide and place robots strategically at schools, community centers, movie theaters and stadiums; where there will be a high volume of youth who may be willing to change and trade in their violent video games and join the light side. The violent video games will then be transformed into art, signs, furniture and eventually dresses that may be worn by performing artists as they tour the world. Approximately 1,000 youth will be impacted by each robot. Youth will also have a chance to design the next line of Game Changer Games. The key word is "with!". They are designing collaborative opportunities as today's youth will help them design tomorrow's games and eventually schools!*
