Registration Payment due May 31

We are excited that you plan on joining us in Phoenix this July! If you have not completed your payment, your registration is not complete. Payment is due in full by Friday, May 31. You can complete your payment by logging into your registration or mailing a check to CSTA, 332 S. Michigan Ave, Floor 9, Chicago, IL 60604. If you need a W-9 to process your payment, you can download a copy here.

 

Conference Registration 

  • Full access to all programming on Tuesday, July 9, and Wednesday, July 10 
  • Access to the Exhibit Hall starting Monday afternoon; View the current list of exhibitors 
  • Entrance to Monday evening's Birds of a Feather conversations 
  • Invitation to the Monday evening reception 
  • Breakfast and Lunch, Monday and Tuesday

Regular Registration (April 1 through June 16) 
CSTA+ Members: $250 
Basic and Nonmembers: $325 
 
Late Registration (After June 16, space permitting) 
CSTA+ Members: $300 
Basic and Non-members: $400 
 

Ways to Save on Registration

Are you looking for ways to help subsidize the cost of your trip? 
 
  • Become a CSTA+ member: By joining or upgrading to CSTA+ membership, you'll not only save $75 on conference registration, but you'll have access to all of the benefits of membership. 
  • Bring a team and save:  Do you have ten or more people to register for the conference? We can set up bulk pricing and registration for large groups! If you have questions, or if you would like to set up your discount code for ten or more attendees, email conference@csteachers.org
  • Book in the CSTA room block: NEW ROOM BLOCK AVAILABLE! Secure the best rates on your hotel by booking in one of CSTA's room blocks. View our hotel information
  • Use CSTA's roommate matching service: Looking for a roommate to keep your expenses down at the conference? Use the roommate matching site to find someone to split your hotel costs. 
  • Present our justification email: We've created a justification email template to help you request funds from your school or district. Simply tailor this letter to your individual conference needs. 
  • CSTA Scholarships: The scholarship process is now closed. 

Pre-conference Workshops

Workshops are not included in the conference registration fee but can be added at an additional cost. Workshops are scheduled for Sunday, July 7, from 1–4 p.m. and Monday, July 8, from 9 a.m. to noon and 1–4 p.m. Workshops must be registered and paid for before in advance. No onsite workshop registrations will be accepted.
 
Pricing
One workshop: $150 
Two workshops: $225 
Three workshops: $300 
 

Cancellation and Refund Policy 

  • A $25 administrative fee will be applied to all cancellations. 
  • Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the start date are entitled to a full refund minus the administrative fee. 
  • Cancellations made between 30-15 days of the start date are entitled to a 50% refund minus the administrative fee. 
  • No credits or refunds will be given within 15 days of the event. 
  • Substitutions are accepted, but participants must notify CSTA at least 10 days prior to the start of the event.
