Workshops are scheduled for Saturday, July 7 from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM and Sunday, July 8 from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 - 4:00 PM. Workshops must be registered and paid for before in advance. No onsite workshop registrations will be accepted. The last day to purchase workshops has passed.
Adding it up
Each of the below examples uses the regular registration price. Your total may be different depending on when you register.

Do you have ten or more people to register for the conference? If so, we can provide your organization a registration-fee-only discount code (attendees will pay for their own workshops should they chose to attend any). Your attendees will be able to register themselves using the code and the CSTA office will invoice you by the number of codes used. We will set a maximum number of times the code can be used, however, the distribution and use of the code is the the organization's responsibility. For the third consecutive year, Oracle Academy will be helping to send outstanding first-time conference attendees to the annual CSTA conference. The application period for this scholarship is now closed. Applicants will be notified of the committee's decision by May 11.
Thanks to a generous contribution from Rolls-Royce, over the week of April 9 - 13, 2018 we’ll give away a total of twenty-five $1,000 travel scholarships to attend the CSTA Annual Conference in Omaha, Nebraska. Make sure you follow @csteachersorg so you’re the first to hear about the daily scholarships to the 2018 CSTA conference. A new challenge will be announced on Twitter daily. This scholarship contest has now ended.
Thank you to all of the individuals who submitted proposals for consideration and to our team of proposal reviewers! We had 225 submissions that were submitted for a total of 80 program spots. The full program will be released with the opening of registration, but we are confident that we have a great program put together for you!
All educational programming for the conference will be held at the CenturyLink Convention Center in Omaha.
We are happy to announce that the National Integrated Cyber Education Research Center (NICERC) will be joining us again for the conference and offering their Education Discovery Forum immediately following the CSTA conference on July 10 - 12. To find out more about EDF: Omaha click here. Registration for the EDF will close on June 25th.
Both CSTA room blocks are now full and the hotels have very limited availability. If you have not yet made a hotel reservation, please consider the following nearby hotels.

Eppley Airfield is a ten minute ride from downtown Omaha. Both the Hilton and the Marriott will be providing shuttle service to and from the airport for attendees booked within the CSTA room blocks. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are all available as well.
