Workshops are not included in the conference registration fee, but can be added for an additional cost. Workshops are scheduled for Sunday, July 7, from 1–4 p.m. and Monday, July 8, from 9 a.m. to noon and 1–4 p.m. Workshops must be registered and paid for before in advance. No onsite workshop registrations will be accepted.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
A $25 administrative fee will be applied to all cancellations.
Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the start date are entitled to a full refund minus the administrative fee.
Cancellations made between 30-15 days of the start date are entitled to a 50% refund minus the administrative fee.
No credits or refunds will be given within 15 days of the event.
Substitutions are accepted, but participants must notify CSTA at least 10 days prior to the start of the event.
